-3-5 years of experience completing lead free soldering (SMT and through hole)
-Must be able to solder under magnification equipment, microscope preferred.
-Proficiency with oscilloscopes, multi-meters, and other testing instruments.

Managing Production for Precision Machined components for Aerospace and Defense
Lead, supervise and motivate shop floor associates.
Effectively communicate goals, tasks and changes to shop floor associates
Determine best utilization of resources to meet schedule requirements.
Act as facilitator with shop floor associates to draw out new ideas
Ensure that shop floor adheres to production schedules and goals
Track, record and convey production level vs. standards with shop floor associates
Responsibilities to include but not be limited to:
Efficiently Manage all Structural Steel Fabrication
Supervise shop personnel consisting on 10-30 employees on 2 shifts
Manage multiple jobs on the shop floor
Oversee all shipping and receiving
Report to Director of operations on a daily basis with production schedule
Maintain Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement objectives
Manage facility operation and maintenance
Responsible for plant safety, housekeeping and training
Ensuring all fabricated product meets and exceeds quality standards of AISC and AWS
Requirements:
Excellent Communication skills with the ability to motivate others, exceptional time management and organizational skills are required
Must be proficient in Microsoft software programs and FABTROL and or Fab Suite
Minimum 5 Years as a Fabrication Manager
Working Knowledge of AISC, AWS, ASTN, OSHA
Rigging & Crane experience a plus
A Bachelors of Science degree preferred
