ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

The Health Services Recruiter is responsible for managing talent acquisition and full life cycle recruiting. Aligns applicants with our mission, vision, and values. The recruiter also leads weekly recruiting meetings with all hiring managers to have post interview discussion on interviews that were conducted, as well as, keeping everyone informed of open and filled positions. Collaborates with the Hiring Managers and puts together interview questions based on the competencies that are developed by the recruiter and the hiring manager feel best match the position. Establish criteria for each candidate that is utilized in the section process for key healthcare candidates. Based on these criteria he has established an active pipeline of candidates in the Philly marketplace for current and future positions. Develop recruitment and retention programs for various positions including Nursing (C.N.A.s/LPNs/RNs), Rehab (PT, OT, SLP) and various healthcare management positions while monitoring budgets. Make public presentations at schools, organizations, and job fairs regarding the organization and career opportunities.

To qualify for this position, you must be a team player with a demonstrated ability in networking, cold calling via internet and various media outlets. Experience in recruiting in healthcare Rehab is preferred. Must have strong organization skills, coupled with strong communications skills (verbal and written) with a sense of urgency to meet conflicting demands and work with a diverse group of customers.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) preferred or 3+ years related experience in healthcare recruiting preferred.
