I live with my parents and it is not working out. I can only be as honest as your looking for, so some details will help. I am on disablity S.S. I am 35 years old. I am clean, never used drugs. dont drink, nothing. I do smoke cigaretts, but that is all and I never smoke inside. I have been out of work since Nov of 08. I have had 2 back sergurys and most likly a third in 2010 sometime. I can still get around but it is not far or long. I can take care of my self totally fine. I lost my wife of 9 years because of this, we are separtated and going through a divorce. We are still friends but no ties. Everything was very amplicable. There is no drama with that. But anyway, we had to sell our house because we couldn't afford it anymore being on Disablity and it really put a heavy strain on the relationship. We went through bankrupcy and that is final now. So i was offerd a place at my parents which I was very very grateful, thank god for parents. But with the times being so tight, i was asked to find another place so they can rent out the apartment i live in curretly. There has been some ansmosity torwards me and my mother my whole life and i just cant take it in any more. That is the real reason for moving. I am doing the best that I can under the circumstances. I have tried to mend ties but the controlling I just can't take anymore or the drama. I am a very creative smart person. I am kind of a loner but like to be near and help people too. Right now my goal is to find a place to live that is quiet, comfortable and private to an resonable degree. i dont have a lot of money at all. I am living on a little over a thousand a month. I do have a truck payment and a couple other things i pay on but as you can see not a whole lot left over. I can give something though but not much. I dont want a hand out or anything, I am just at my wits end and I need to get out of here. I dont know what we can work out. Maybe there is someone that just wants a companion to be around the house. I can cook, clean, do anything to earn my keep. I am a very clean responible person. I have a big machanical background in automotive stuff expecially Fords. I have computer knowledge. I do have an apartment with all my funishings, kitchen stuff, tv computer desk and a king size bed. dresser, etc the usall stuff. I have a Ford F350 with a snow plow that I also have to store too. Of couse Yes i would do the driveway. I do work for a guy when it snows so there would be some income there but only if it snows. I can do most anything just have to be very very careful of my back and I dont do anything for long periods or for long distances. Mentally I am perfect but physically i just go very slow. I had a great job for over 15 years as a teacher/job coach for a voacation training program. I loved it and miss the staff and students something terrible. I miss my house, my life and my wife. I miss having a purpose in life mostly. There has been a lot of changes in the last year, and it has really taken a toll on me mentally and in someways physically too. But I keep my headup, and stay as posivite as I can. A new chapter in my book of life. Anyway, just a little insite to the story. I am kind of desprite. I know there are lots of good people that love to help, so this is just a last ditch effort to try. I know it might be crazy to do this but you never know until you try or ask! Oh yea, i love dogs and cats too.

We are a married couple looking to rent a house, townhouse, or condo in Newark near the University of Delaware. My husband is a full-time PhD student in UDel�s Education program, and I am a freelance book editor who works from home. We currently live in an apartment in the area, and are looking to move into a home at the end of June (2010).
