Our company has partnered with Ellis College, an online institution, to assist our employees in meeting the new Delaware regulations for child care centers. The company will be billed directly for your education as long as you receive a grade of C or better. Furthermore, we have an Educational Assistance program which will reimburse employees for classes taken elsewhere, such as the TECE programs and various Associate and Bachelor degree programs. We also offer competitive pay rates.
The minimum requirement is for the candidate to have at least 4 months of experience in a child care center.
The ideal candidate will have completed at least the TECE 1 program, or be currently enrolled in an Early Childhood Education program in a college, either for an Associate or Bachelor's Degree.
