REQUIREMENTS <br>
-Desire to succeed. You can make as much money as you want. We have minimum goals, however I am want those who are looking to go above and beyond. <br>
-Professional appearance. Clean cut. Dress code is Khakis and Dress Shirt. We represent our company and our clients, so we must look and act like the professionals we are. <br>
-Reliable Transportation. I'll expect you to get yourself to work, on time. We need to see you working a minimum of 3 days a week. <br>
-Excellent People Skills and Communication Skills. We talk to people on a daily basis. That's what this position consists of so should you good at that you can make a lot of money doing this. <br>
<br>
We have 2 different shifts, a daytime and evening shift. One will start at 2:00pm and work until dark on weekdays or until goals are met. The other will start at 4:00pm and will work until dark on the weekdays. On Saturdays and Sundays we'll start at 11AM, depending on availability. Hours will vary, and I'm flexible. I am willing to hire those who have other obligations on their time. We can talk about availability later. <br>
<br>
If you work the hours and meet my minimum requirements you'll make at least $250 a week. I hope for much better then this though. I'm not going to post unrealistic numbers and tell you starting off you will make $600-800 a week like other companys because you wont, but we will give you all the necessary tools to do so as you grow with the company. Our top performers cash checks like this on a weekly basis, we need more like them to come aboard. This is a commission position. You'll make as much money as you're willing to work for. <br>

Telephone Banking Center - Incumbent is responsible for assisting current and prospective customers with account inquiries, providing product and service information, processing financial transactions, handling customer problems and opening or referring new accounts. -Outbound Customer Communication/Service to enhance the “Customer Experience”.<br>

-Open Accounts and process applications over the phone.<br>
-Lead Creation.<br>
-Wellness Calls.<br>
-Setting up appointments as necessary.<br>
-Achieve and maintain satisfactory quality monitoring scores.<br>
-Successfully complete and implement learning from all training programs.<br>
-Provide back up support for inbound customer service calls as needed. <br>

Basic Qualifications:<br>

- High school diploma or GED<br>
- A minimum of six months previous customer service experience<br>
- Basic keyboarding skills and data entry skills<br>
- Excellent verbal communication skills<br>

Ideal Qualifications:<br>
<br>
- More than 6 months previous customer service experience<br>
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, CSW<br>
- Previous call center experience using autodialer to place outbound calls<br>
- Wide-range knowledge of M&T Bank products and services<br>
- Past experience working with the GroupWise email system<br>
