Essential Duties/Responsibilities:<br>

GENERAL<br>
·	Provide impeccable customer service to internal and external customers according to quality assurance performance criteria<br>
·	Meet individual and departmental goals with regard to customer service, sales, and productivity <br>
·	Actively maintain, apply and expand knowledge as changes occur<br>
·	Participate in hotelier briefings, seminars, familiarization trips and meetings to remain current with product and sales information, customer service skills and system changes and updates <br>
·	Be present and prompt for all shifts<br>
·	Be able to travel by car, train or air<br>
·	Own a valid passport<br>
·	Require minimal supervision.<br>
·	Perform other related duties as required<br>

SALES<br>
·	Answer designated incoming phone lines<br>
·	Respond to incoming email and fax requests<br>
·	General knowledge of all Apple Group hotels (additional training will be ongoing)<br>
·	General knowledge of Apple Group prices, special commissions, payment schedules, booking deposit procedures (additional training will be ongoing)<br>
·	Provide quotes for new group requests coming into the Group Sales Department<br>
·	Work with Outside Sales Representatives and National Accounts to follow-up on leads for group inquiries<br>
·	Follow up on quotes and leads to close group bookings<br>

PROCESSING<br>
·	Process Group Credit Card / Check Payments<br>
·	Process Rooming lists<br>
·	Process fight information for land only bookings<br>
·	Provide weekly reports to Amstar CUN/PUJ for new bookings and groups arriving within 60 days<br>
·	Follow up on and obtain any outstanding balances that may show on group records prior to travel.<br>
·	Open and close inventory when necessary<br>
·	Reconcile and close out group files once traveled.<br>
·	Perform other related duties as required.<br>

CONTRACTING <br>
·	Work with scheduled airlines to block group space, execute contract, track attrition dates, complete ticketing and make payments as contracted.<br>
·	Work with hotels that require separate contracts to block group space, execute contract, track attrition dates, keep contract updated as changes occur and make payments as contracted.<br>
·	Create and administer Apple Vacations’ Travel Agent and Consumer Group Booking Contracts with precise terms and conditions to maximize company revenue opportunities.<br>
·	Work closely with team to confirm correct hotel room and seat blocks to meet group’s changing needs.<br>
·	Work closely with team to amend contracts as group needs fluctuate, adding and reducing space.<br>

We are seeking a full-time Facility Representative to base at our operations center located in Dover, Delaware.  The Facility Representative is the representative from LogistiCare that assists facilities in arranging their clients/patients transportation needs. In addition they provide a high level of customer service to facility staff as the main agency contact to call with problems, issues or questions about non-emergency medical transportation.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

Educates facilities about LogistiCare, NET and disseminate contact information for appropriate telephone numbers 


Provides facilities with information about available features such as gas reimbursement, bus passes and how to complete various paperwork and reports 


Interaction with facility social service staff to coordinate patient trips 


Solves specific patient issues with facility case manager (initiate schedule changes, routing suggestions, provider changes, etc.) 


Prompts the facility social worker to coordinate with patients to get complete updated lists of patient addresses to accurately update LogistiCare’s database for the new provider 


Managed prescheduled patient trips in LCAD 


Audit provider trip logs against prescheduled trip confirmations received from facilities 

Handle facility complaints regarding prescheduled patient delivery and pick-up

Education:
Qualified candidates must have a high school degree or GED. 

Experience:

Knowledge of Medicaid guidelines and covered services a plus


Skills:

Must possess professional writing skills and ability to correspond with professionals both verbally and in writing.


Ability to accurately type 35+ words per minute

General Summary: The Logistics Associate drives results and enhances the customer experience by supporting the Old Navy Service Vision and responding to customer needs. The Logistics Associate maintains a neat, clean, organized and safe working and shopping environment to add to the customer experience. The Logistics Associate executes activities in the logistics work centers including, Product Placement, Presentation and Pricing, and Facilities. The Logistics Associate completes all activities in a manner that supports the customer experience. The Logistics Associate efficiently executes all company defined best practices. The Logistics Associate may be assigned to work in the Product Placement, Presentation and Pricing, or Facilities Work Centers.<br>
 <br>
•Maintains work area and sales floor standards to minimize customer distractions and promote a safe working and shopping environment<br>
•Supports Old Navy customer service standard by responding to customer needs<br>
•Adheres to all company policies and procedures<br>
•Actively participates in the shipment and receiving process, including scanning boxes, sorting and movement of merchandise, flexing and placement of merchandise to the sales floor.<br>
•Consistently executes the visual presentation and brand standards to place product appropriately on the sales floor, making all necessary flexing of product fixture moves and adjustments.<br>
•Replenishes the sales floor ensuring all sizes and colors are represented for the customer.<br>
•Maintains organization and maintenance of upstock / backstock merchandise to easily locate for the customer.<br>
•Executes the sales floor replenishment from upstock / backstock ensuring all customer sizes are represented.<br>
•Processes all damaged and defective merchandise according to company guidelines.<br>
•Completes the timely and accurate execution of company pricing, markdowns, promotional and marketing direction to company presentation standards and company/state pricing regulations to support a seamless customer experience.<br>
•Meets all company productivity and presentation standards.<br>
•Maintains and organizes all signing and marketing elements.<br>
•Communicates to Logistics Manager any signage or supply needs.<br>
•Cleans and maintains front of store (including parking areas, sidewalks, windows and vestibule) to company standards.<br>
•Monitor safety of sidewalks and entrances at all times, including weather related risks such as rain, snow and ice.<br>
•Communicates parking lot issues requiring landlord attention to Logistics Manager.<br>
•Maintains lighting in all areas of store.<br>
•Cleans, and maintains cash wrap, selling floor, restrooms and fitting room ensuring safety for associates and customers.<br>
•Sweeps, mops and cleans floors throughout store ensuring all areas are clear of slip, trip and fall hazards.<br>
•Ensures completion of cleaning checklists to and report issues or barriers of completion to Logistics Manager.<br>
•Reports all equipment, maintenance and risk management issues to the Logistics Manager.<br>
•Empties and cleans all trashcans. Ensures compliance to company policies regarding trash removal.<br>
•Cleans and maintains employee workspace, tables, shelves, microwave and refrigerator.<br>
•Maintains cleanliness and organization of supplies and supply areas, including storage, backroom and maintenance closets.<br>
•Monitors supply levels and orders needed supplies while considering expense management.<br>

•Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.<br>
•Ability to maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing.<br>
•Ability to work with/around cleaning materials.<br>
•Ability to work a flexible scheduleAbility to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require evening and weekend shifts<br>
