There will be a Free Home Buying Class on October 24, 2009 from 10:00 AM till Noon and from 1:00 PM till 3:00 PM at Christiana Hilton Hotel in Newark, Delaware. The seminar will cover all the basics of buying a home. It will cover Delaware FHA loans, Delaware VA loans, and Delaware USDA loans. Each participate will receive a free audio CD on Home Buying 101, Free Home Buying Handbook, and Free Credit Scoring Handbook. Each participate will also be able to meet one on one with a certified Mortgage planner to get pre-approved to buy a home and get a free copy of their credit report. We will cover the $8,000 tax credit for first time home buyers who buy before December 1, 2009
We will also cover the first time home buyer programs available for home buyers in Delaware. Qualified home buyers can get assistance for down-payment and closing costs.
