SUPERVISES: Head Resident Resident Assistants Program Coordinator
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Resident Director will work with the Assistant Director on the development of a successful Residential Life/Student Development Program that will serve the needs of the student residents housed in the facility. The Resident Director is the front line to the residents with complaints, room changes and suggestions. It is important to know the residents and be known by them in order to keep the lines of communication open.
