Prepares graduation files and assists Registrar in preparation of commencement.  Monitors daily admissions application data input.  Ensures student files are in compliance with the College Student Record Management Policy.  Other duties as assigned.  <br>
Associate degree with three (3) years experience in higher education or Bachelor’s degree with one (1) year of higher education experience required.  Preferred coursework includes business and computer applications.  Experience with office management within a student services function in a community college system preferred.   Knowledge of software applications to include word, databases, and spreadsheets required.  Working knowledge of integrated student information software preferred.  Must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings and weekends, due to the needs of critical registration periods. This position is responsible for creating and executing a detailed marketing plan that will target investment property owners to list their property with us; and to target guests to rent properties in our inventory. In addition, the perfect candidate for this position must ensure positive relations with; our guests, our unit owners, and our vendors while at the same time insure that our fellow associations are maintained positively and professionally at all times.  This position is also responsible for the P&L of this division as well as assisting in the preparation of the annual budget.  <br>

Job Duties & Responsibilities<br>
•	Develop and execute a detailed Marketing Plan to target investment property owners to list their properties in our rental program<br>
•	Develop and execute a detailed Marketing Plan to target vacation rental guests to rent properties in our inventory<br>
•	Maintain the highest quality of staff through effective recruiting, hiring, retention, coaching, succession planning and training. <br>
•	Manage current staff of rental coordinators and coach them with increasing their conversion ratios <br>
•	Meet and discuss with local investment property owners the added benefits of our rental program vs. our competitors<br>
•	Develop “out-of-the-box” ideas and benefits for our owners and guests that do not fit the typical vacation rental  program<br>
•	Inspect potential properties that will be in our rental program and make a series of suggestions to investment property owners to maximize rental revenue<br>
•	Review Listing Agreements and Leases with Investment property owners and guests<br>
•	Create a positive work environment by maintaining the highest level of ethics and integrity consistent with applicable regulatory standards and corporate values. <br>
•	Supervise/oversee and work with fellow associates and contractors to include front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, etc. <br>
•	Command a presence of respect and humility; demonstrating the ability to motivate and readily communicate expectations and follow up. <br>
•	Thorough working knowledge of the composition of Real Estate Leasing documents. <br>
•	Demonstrate a passion for excellence, a love for service and innate grasp to plan, implement, evaluate and continually improve operations. <br>
•	Perform regular unit inspections to ensure guest standards are met  <br>
•	Ensure the highest level of customer service to current and prospective owners in order to maintain a positive brand image and company reputation. <br>
•	Identify areas of process improvement and leverage best practices by working with appropriate corporate resources as necessary. <br>

JOB REQUIREMENTS<br>
•	Three to Five years of Resort Rental Management is required. <br>
•	Real Estate License (If out of state, MD reciprocal license will eventually be required)<br>
•	Working knowledge of Housekeeping, Front Desk, and Maintenance <br>
•	BA/BS Degree preferred. <br>
•	Professional appearance and excellent communication skills in dealing with guests and corporate personnel. <br>
•	Positive and upbeat attitude to ensure great work environment. <br>
•	Proficient with Computers (especially Microsoft Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and detailed knowledge of vacation reservation software<br>

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Resident Director will work with the Assistant Director on the development of a successful Residential Life/Student Development Program that will serve the needs of the student residents housed in the facility. The Resident Director is the front line to the residents with complaints, room changes and suggestions. It is important to know the residents and be known by them in order to keep the lines of communication open. Responsibilities will also include assisting the Assistant Director in the hiring, training and management of the on-site residential staff (Resident Assistants) and miscellaneous duties as directed by the Director and/or the Assistant Director. The Resident Director will work closely with the Assistant Director to ensure that the facility’s business office is properly staffed during all hours of operation. Basic expectations will include maintaining communication between management and Resident Assistants, assist in developing a residential community in which the staff, facilities and programs combine to enhance the total college experience, instill a sense of community and personal development in the staff and residents and be committed to personal and professional growth as an entry level management leader. <br>
